After our free 3 week membership, we have now joined Gymboree. Last week we went to 4 classes, this week we probably will too. When I go back to work I’ll still be taking Hadley to her Monday and Friday class.
This is their philosophy, taken from their website:

Another Public Service Announcement from PDX Happenings

I found out that today is 31 Cent Scoop Night at Baskin Robbins in honor of American Fire Fighters. I’m not sure that fire fighting and Baskin Robbins have anything to do with one another but I’ll take a 31 cent scoop of ice cream anytime. Find a store near you here.
For all [...]

Mostly we use this blog to show pictures of the babe, talk about what we’re up to and our current interests. I think this Public Service Announcement needs to be put out there. IT’S FREE CONE DAY AT BEN AND JERRY’S!
Here is the link to a store locater to find a participating scoop shop near [...]
A Pretty Uneventful Draft for the Vikings
Posted in NFL Football, tagged football, minnesota vikings, nfl draft on April 26, 2008 | 7 Comments »
Since the big trade for Jared Allen (check out the commentary at TRBR) sent the Viking’s 1st round pick (and a couple of 3rd rounders) to KC, the Vikings can really sit back and relax until midway through the 2nd round (47th pick). I’m really hoping they are able to find a decent receiver [...]
Rice pudding part two
Posted in McPhee Family on April 25, 2008 | 2 Comments »
Apparently I’m not the only one who likes rice pudding. Today after Gymboree a couple of girlfriends of mine, their babies and I went to the Bridgeport Shopping mall. It is an outside mall and it was a beautiful day, so why not spend the afternoon lifting the economy by spending our hard [...]

Heather isn’t the only one in the family who has reached local celebrity status. KATU News came to our office about a month ago wanting a story on online reputation management, and it finally aired last night. I completely forgot about it, but our VP sent out the link to everyone today (click the “video” [...]
A baby in a halter top?
Posted in McPhee Family on April 25, 2008 | 2 Comments »
Why not?? I just had to show off this adorable halter top that Shanna knit for Hadley. Hadley was the coolest baby at the library yesterday. All the other babies wanted to know where they could buy one.
Goodbye dream car…

We just spent $44 filling up the Civic. I guess I’ll never be getting my Volvo Cross Country Station Wagon until they make a hybrid and reduce the price by about $20,000. Sigh.
Where did the time go?

Hadley is 12 weeks old today, happy 3 month birthday sweetheart! She’s becoming such a fun little being and really feels like a part of our family. She is smiling a ton, and sleeping through the night most nights which makes life a lot easier around here. I weighed her at Baby [...]
Eddie Vedder’s ‘Into the Wild’
Posted in Movies, Music on April 23, 2008 | 5 Comments »
My uncle had sent me a few albums a couple of months back, one being Eddie Vedder’s solo debut, Into the Wild. I’m not a huge Eddie Vedder fan - but do note that I sported the grungey attire back in the early ’90s, as did every other kid I knew. Flannels are rad - [...]
